Our patented device system generates slightly acidic electrolyzed water. We use specially mixed diluted hydrochloric acid based on food additives.
After our device electrolyzes the original diluted hydrochloric acid, it is controlled in the system and then HOCL (slightly acidic electrolyzed water) is produced at pH 5-6.5 and 10-30ppm/effective chlorine concentration.
Our standard devices are 360L/h, 960L/h, 2000L/h, 3000L/h, 5000/h, 10000L/h, 20000L/h. Our devices have been used in food factories mainly in Japan at present, and we have much experience in the food market.
